Coming information are:

1. Preliminary game schedule for this tournament.

Games will be played 7 innings with a time limit of 2hrs. This means, after 2hrs, no new innings will be startet.

Responsible for taking the game time will be the official scorer.

In order to keep up with the tight schedules, all teams are kindly asked to leave the field and dugout immediately after the game is finished. This gives our ground crew time to prepare the field for the following game.

Please note that during the weekend of this PALOMINO tournament, there will be two league games of Stuttgart REDS so PALOMINO teams on one hand can have a rest, on the other hand see Germany's top level teams Stuttgart REDS and Mannheim TORNADOS in their competition.

2.Pitch count rules which will be enforced during this tournament.

Pitch count will be followed by the official scorer and the actual number of pitches and days of rest will be posted in a place visible for everyone by the scorers after each game.

Bat Rules will be given at a later time, together with all tournament rules. Any bats 2 3/4'' in diameter will NOT be allowed!

PONY league tournament rules will be valid for this tournament!

Enforcement of the rules by the umpires and Technical Commissioner of the tournament.

3. PONY League age key. Please note that the age limit has been changed effective 2019 !!!

4. PALOMINO 2018 team roster filled in completely with all players' names, Jersey number, Date of birth as well as Managers names and mobile phone number valid during the tournament.

We absolutely need the Team roster complete by April 1st the latest. Rosters will be approved by PONY organisation.

Please note that during the tournament, all statistics and judgements will be referring to the players' Jersey number, NOT the player's name. Therefor it is forbidden to change the Jersey number during the tournament.

Games will be e-scored on "Game Changer".

All teams will have the possibility for warming up before the games on a seperate smaller field and will have the right to use 2 batting cages before the games. A complete schedule will be given at a later time. NO warmup or pre-game routine on the field due to the tight schedule.

For warming up the pitchers, each team must use the Bullpens behind the Homerun fence. Pitchers on the field are only allowed normal warmup pitches as between Innings.

LineUps for each game must be given to the official scorer 1 hour before the game because all games are e-scored on GameChanger.

Final Changes can be made until the Plate Conference just before the game.

A map showing all the facilities around the field will be found on the tournament website shortly.
